Washington Post x Mike’s Hard Lemonade

The Joy Experiment


 CHALLENGE

The Washington Post and Mike’s Hard Lemonade had partnered to create a content series surrounding filtering headlines down to only Good News and writing stories that brought people joy during a time when negativity had plagued the media landscape.

 SOLUTION

An immersive biometrics experience that allowed users to see how different pieces of content impacted their mood, and which themes brought them the most joy.  This experience was brought to life at a live event pop-up where attendees sampled Mike’s Hard Lemonade, had their photos printed onto Mike’s Hard Popsicles and enjoyed a selection of live music and games.
